Tech Techr LLC provides residential technology planning services, including UniFi Wi-Fi and camera system design, equipment planning, configuration, documentation, support, and project coordination. Regulated cabling, electrical, permitting, inspection, or other licensed installation work is coordinated through properly licensed and registered partners where required.

Any paid project may be governed by a separate estimate, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement controls for that project.

Website content is provided for general information and planning discussion. It is not engineering, electrical, alarm, code compliance, legal, or permitting advice. Product availability, pricing, software features, and vendor requirements may change.

Consultation Requests

Submitting a request does not create a service contract or guarantee availability, pricing, project acceptance, coverage results, installation approval, or permit approval. We may decline requests that are outside our service area, scope, or licensing requirements.

Referral Finder's Fees

Referral portal submissions do not guarantee project acceptance, installation, or payment. The stated finder's fee applies only when Tech Techr LLC accepts the referral, the referred installed system is completed, and the referral is marked eligible by Tech Techr LLC.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit false or unlawful information, scrape the site in a disruptive way, or use the website to violate any law or third-party right.
